Sweep picking is often used as a technique for increasing speed. Here is a completely new approach to it!
This is an advanced guitar lesson for guitarists looking at a new way of learning the fretboard and developing your knowledge! In this lesson I'll be working both sides of the brain. Not only will you be developing a sweep picking lick that sounds pretty cool but you will also be applying it to a scale shape as a way of developing your knowledge of the fretboard. Its a neat little trick that gets maximum benefit out of your practice time by working the muscles and also the head!
Create your own pattern and try it in a different scale shape and you will be surprised how much this exercise can tax you!
