The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has announced that Slash will be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 6901 Hollywood Boulevard in front of Hard Rock Cafe Hollywood Blvd. “Slash is widely considered one of the greatest rock guitarists of all time,” said Ana Martinez, Producer of the Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremonies, “We are proud to place his name among the stars on our fabled Hollywood Walk of Fame.”
Emcee Leron Gubler, President & CEO of Hollywood Chamber of Commerce along with guest speakers Robert Evans and Charlie Sheen will help Slash unveil 2,473rd star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in the category of Recording.
