About the members of the Mississippi Mudbloods

CODY DICKINSON and LUTHER DICKINSON hail from Coldwater, Mississippi and are the driving force behind the Grammy-nominated North Mississippi Allstars, a personal favourite of Robert Plant with whom they toured in 2011. Drummer Cody is also a respected record producer and founder member of Hill Country Revue; while Luther, who also plays with The Black Crowes, is widely regarded as one of the finest slide and roots guitarists working today. Wherever these brothers go energy follows!

ALVIN YOUNGBLOOD HART, has been described as the cosmic Love Child Of Howlin’ Wolf and Link Wray! His praises have been sung by everyone from Bob Dylan to Eric Clapton. A resident of the hill country that borders southern Memphis, Alvin has had an illustrious career as bandleader, guitarist, singer, songwriter and solo artist, and even as guitar tutor to Hollywood actor Samuel L Jackson. His trophy cupboard is crowded with awards including a Grammy and a Blues Music Award.
