PRS Guitars have recently unveiled the P24, a new limited edition solidbody model equipped with piezo pickup. Just 250 will be produced in total, with 125 available to the world market outside the US.
Following the well-received P22, the 24-fret P24 boasts an exquisite maple 10-Top, mahogany back, 25” scale length Pattern-Regular mahogany neck, Honduran rosewood fretboard with mother-of-pearl ‘old school’ birds inlays, PRS/LR Baggs piezo system and PRS adjustable stop-tail bridge.
Adding to the versatility offered by the PRS/LR Baggs piezo, the tone of the highly-acclaimed PRS 53/10 humbuckers makes the P24 a hugely flexible tone machine. And its five-way blade pickup switch ensures ample switching possibilities.
Only 50 instruments in each of the following five colours will be produced:
Black Gold Burst, Blue Crab Blue Burst, Eriza Verde Smokeburst, Fire Red Burst, Vintage Smokeburst
The P24 carries a recommended retail price of £3995.
